The Apache County Library District now allows for online registration for a Library Card.  IF YOU ARE A RESIDENT OF APACHE COUNTY you may fill out and submit the form below.  You will then be assigned a library card number that will be emailed to you for our online digital resources only.

 

Once you are able to come to a library, show proof of residency, and sign the form in person, you can pick up your physical card which will be re-classified to allow you to check out items from the library.
